Safe Eats doesn't collect your data. It has no accounts, ads, analytics or tracking, and the developer receives no information about you or how you use the app.
Location. If you allow it, your location is used only on your device, to sort places by distance. It isn't stored or sent anywhere. You can turn it off in iOS Settings, and the app still works.
Saved places and settings. Your saved places and theme choice stay on your device. Deleting the app removes them.
Other apps. Tapping directions, a phone number or an official report link opens another app or website, which has its own privacy practices.
Children. Safe Eats doesn't knowingly collect information from anyone, including children under 13.
Changes. If this policy changes, the new version will be posted on this page with a new effective date.

Safe Eats is an independent app and isn't affiliated with any government agency. Inspection results are a snapshot and may not include the newest inspections. One inspection describes a single visit on a single day.
